摘要
李东垣立足于整体观,重视气机升降对人体生命活动的重要性,尤重清阳升发;风药的应用是东垣升阳的显著特色,风药以其气清味薄、轻扬疏散之性,升提脾阳以行春生之令;治疗时应灵活变通,根据病机及兼证不同,在升阳基础上佐以他法,如升阳益气、升阳除湿、升阳散火等.本文探讨东垣以风药升阳的理论及应用,以期为该法在临床中的应用提供思路.
Abstract
Based on the holistic view,Li Dongyuan emphasizes the importance of qi rising and falling on the vital activities of the human body,particular in the rising of yang.The application of wind-medicine is one of the main features of Dongyuan's yang-raising therapy.Wind medicine,with its clear qi,thin taste,and light and dispersing property,elevates the spleen yang to promote spring vitality.The treatment should be flexible.According to the different pathogenesis and additional symptoms,other methods should be added on the basis of the yang-raising therapy,such as raising yang to benefit qi,raising yang to removing dampness,raising yang to dispersing fire,etc.This article focused on the theory and application of the wind-medicine raising yang,in order to provide ideas for the application of this therapy in clinic.
