摘要
慢性支气管炎属中医学"咳嗽"范畴,中医辨证论治、综合治疗常可取得良好疗效.魏成功教授诊治慢性支气管炎注重脾肾两脏在疾病发展及治疗中的重要作用,治以止咳平喘,温补脾肾为法,自拟补肾咳嗽方为基础方,并根据病情之轻重缓急,证候痰瘀虚实之偏重,临证加减,颇有疗效.本文总结魏成功教授从脾肾论治慢性支气管炎经验,并附验案一则.
Abstract
Chronic bronchitis belongs to the category of"cough"in TCM,and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and comprehensive treatment can often achieve good efficacy.Professor Wei Chenggong's diagnosis and treatment of chronic bronchitis focuses on the important role of the spleen and kidney in the development and treatment of the disease.The treatment method is to relieve cough and asthma,warm and nourish the spleen and kidney.He drew up his own Bushen Kesou Prescription as the basic prescription,and according to the severity of the condition and the severity of the syndrome of deficiency and excess of phlegm stasis,adjustments are made according to the clinical symptoms,which is quite effective.This article summarized Professor Wei Chenggong's experience in treating chronic bronchitis from the perspective of spleen and kidney,and a medical case was attached.
