摘要
甲状腺癌属中医学"瘿瘤"范畴,中医药治疗对于减轻术后并发症、降低放化疗毒性可发挥积极作用."虚实异治"理论源自张仲景,王昊教授基于该理论,对甲状腺癌患者进行辨证,治疗时实证以祛邪为主,虚证以扶正为先,用药时细分浅深,权衡用药,疗效良好.现总结其经验,并列举临床病案一则.
Abstract
Thyroid cancer belongs to the category of"Yingliu"in TCM,and TCM treatment can play an active role in reducing postoperative complications and toxicity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The theory of"different treatments for the deficiency and excess"is inherited from Zhang Zhongjing.Based on this theory,Professor Wang Hao differentiates the symptoms and signs of thyroid cancer patients.During treatment,excessive syndromes should be focused on dispelling pathogenic factors,while deficiency syndrome should be focused on strengthening the healthy qi.Medication is subdivided into shallow and deep categories,and used carefully,with good efficacy.The experience was summarized in this article,and a medical case was attached for exemplification.
