摘要
王孟庸教授认为,治疗尿路感染应审证求因,不拘常法,紧抓湿热病机,提出用风药胜湿之法,随湿热邪气在机体变化而辨证施治,治以健脾、宣肺、疏肝,重视肺、脾、肝三脏气机调畅;临床早期提倡凉血泄热,反复发作可酌情运用活血化瘀药物,临床使用平和清利之猪苓汤化裁,疗效显著.本文总结王孟庸教授治疗尿路感染经验,并附验案一则.
Abstract
Professor Wang Mengyong believes that the treatment of urinary tract infection should examine the symptoms to find the cause,not confined to the usual methods,grasping the pathogenesis of dampness and heat,puts forward the wind medicine to win the method of dampness,performing diagnosis and treatment with the changes of dampness and heat in the organism.The treatment should be strengthening the spleen,ventilating the lung,soothing the liver,and attach importance to smooth qi movement of the lung,the spleen,the liver;clinically advocate to cool blood to drain the heat in the early stage,and the medicines of activating blood circulation could be used for the recurrence of the disease.Modified Zhuling Decoction could be used in clinic to calm and clear,with significant therapeutic effect.This article summarized Professor Wang Mengyong's experience in the treatment of urinary tract infection,with one medical case.
