半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型痤疮临证体会

摘要
现代人常因饮食作息不规律,或超负荷工作以及焦虑情绪等,致脾胃运化失常,中焦痞满不通,脾胃升清降浊失职,脾湿生痰,聚于肌表,瘀阻成痤,又因痰湿日久化热,使上焦虚火浮于面发为疮.气机升降失常致下焦阴寒湿冷;又因脾虚及肾,肾阳不能潜藏,致焦虑、失眠、多梦,辨证属寒热错杂型痤疮.半夏泻心汤辛开苦降,清上温下,疏通中焦,恢复脾升胃降之机;加龙骨、牡蛎等以敛阴潜阳,交通心肾,除烦助眠.半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型痤疮以疏通三焦,从内调外,疗效显著.
Abstract
Modern people often suffer from irregular diet,excessive work,and anxiety,which can lead to dysfunction of the spleen and stomach,fullness and obstruction of the middle energizer,dereliction of duty in ascending and descending turbidity in the spleen and stomach,generation of phlegm in the spleen,accumulation of blood stasis on the muscle surface,and formation of acne.In addition,due to the prolonged transformation of phlegm dampness into heat,the deficiency fire in the upper energizer floats on the face,resulting in acne.The abnormal ascending and descending of the qi movement in the lower energize yin to be cold and damp;due to spleen deficiency and kidney dysfunction,the kidney yang cannot be store,causing anxiety,insomnia,and excessive dreaming.The diagnosis belongs to the acne with simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes.Banxia Xiexin Decoction has pungent and bitter tastes,clearing the upper and warming the lower parts,unblocking the middle energizer,and restoring ascending and descending of the qi movement in spleen and stomach;adds Os Draconis,Ostreae Concha,etc.to restrain the yin and latent yang,connect heart and kidney,eliminate troubles and help sleep.Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction is used to treat the acne with simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes through clearing the triple energizers,adjusting from the inside out,with significant therapeutic effects.
