任青玲运用加味二妙方治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染经验

摘要
任青玲教授认为,宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染多属湿热下注,带脉失约,病位在下焦,肝、脾、肾功能失常是其发生的内在条件,基于"两虚相得,乃客其形"病机,提出"扶正改邪"之说,遵"分消走泄"之法自拟加味二妙方,传承国医大师夏桂成教授调周法要验,于阳气旺盛之经前期用药,重视清热解毒、健脾利湿,疗效显著.
Abstract
Professor Ren Qingling believes that human papillomavirus infection of the uterine cervix is mostly caused by damp-heat infiltration and disconnection of Daimai acupoint,with the disease located in the lower jiao.Liver,spleen and kidney malfunctions are intrinsic to its pathogenesis.Based on the TCM pathogenesis of"two deficiencies in one,which is the guest of its form",Professor Ren proposes the idea of"strengthen healthy qi and reduce pathogens",and formulates self-made modified Ermiao Prescription,inheriting the essence of Professor Xia Guicheng,a TCM master,the method of adjusting the menstrual cycle.It is used in the early stage of the menstrual cycle when the yang qi is strong,emphasizing the importance of clearing heat and detoxifying,strengthening the spleen and promoting dampness,with significant therapeutic effects.
