摘要
黄新艳教授认为,喉痹基本病机为湿热侵袭咽喉或痰浊、瘀血结于咽喉,病位在咽喉,与肺、胃、脾、肾、肝、胆相关;临床将本病分为湿热蕴结、寒热错杂、气郁痰结、瘀血阻滞、气阴两虚、脾肾阳虚辨证论治.现总结黄新艳教授治疗喉痹临床经验.
Abstract
According to Professor Huang Xinyan,the basic pathogenesis of laryngeal paralysis is dampness and heat attacking the throat or phlegm and blood stasis in the throat,and the disease is located in the throat,which is related to lung,stomach,spleen,kidney,liver,and gallbladder;clinically,this disease is classified into dampness-heat retention,cold-heat simultaneous occurrence,qi stagnation and phlegm retention,blood stasis and stagnation,qi-yin deficiency,and spleen-kidney yang deficiency for the syndrome differentiation and treatment.The clinical experience of Professor Huang Xinyan in treating laryngeal paralysis was summarized.
