摘要
刘鑫教授认为,咳嗽发病与肺、脾、肝功能失常密切相关,治疗时应注重调护正气、兼顾主次、因人制宜、治随证出,以止嗽散为主方,常随临床症状合用麻黄汤、三拗汤、麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤、柴朴汤、二陈汤、三子养亲汤、千金苇茎汤、桑贝小陷胸汤、血府逐瘀汤等方,个性化用药,疗效显著.本文总结刘鑫教授治疗咳嗽经验,附验案一则.
Abstract
Professor Liu Xin believes that the onset of cough is closely related to the malfunction of the lung,spleen and liver,and the treatment should focus on regulating the healthy qi,taking into account the primary and secondary,tailoring to the individual,and treating the disease according to the symptoms.The main prescription is Zhisou Powder,which is often used in conjunction with the clinical symptoms of Mahuang Decoction,San'ao Decoction,Mahuang Xingren Gancao Shigao Decoction,Chaipu Decoction,Erchen Decoction,Sanzi Yangqin Decoction,Qianjin Weijing Decoction,Sangbei Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,with personalized medication,and significant therapeutic effect.This article summarized Professor Liu Xin's experience in treating cough,with one medical case attached.
