摘要
阿片类药物相关性便秘是使用阿片类药物止痛时引发的常见胃肠道反应.西医使用非药物治疗、传统泻剂、微生态制剂、促动力剂及促分泌等疗法治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘,中医通过中药口服、中药灌肠、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、针灸疗法等治疗本病.本文对中西医治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘研究进展予以综述,以供临床参考.
Abstract
Opioid-related constipation is a common gastrointestinal reaction triggered by the use of opioids for pain relief.Western medicine uses non-pharmacological treatments,traditional laxatives,microecological agents,pro-secretory and pro-dynamic agents to treat opioid-related constipation,while TCM treats the disease through oral administration of Chinese materia medica,TCM enemas,acupoints application,auricular acupoints pressure beans,acupuncture and moxibustion and other therapies.In this article,the research progress of TCM and Western medicine in treating opioid-related constipation was summarized for clinical reference.
