摘要
便秘病因病机与人体五脏六腑功能失调紧密相关,中医药治疗便秘历史悠久,临床疗效显著,具有整体调控、标本兼治的优势.本研究梳理便秘历史沿革,为中医临床治疗便秘提供参考;综述近年来中成药、单味中药、中药复方通过水液代谢治疗便秘的现代研究,为中药通过水液代谢机制治疗便秘的研究提供思路和方法.
Abstract
The etiology and pathogenesis of constipation are closely related to the dysfunction of the five organs and six viscera in the human body.TCM has a long history of treating constipation,with significant clinical efficacy,with the advantages of overall regulation and treatment of both symptoms and root.This study reviewed the historical evolution of constipation and provided clinical reference for the treatment of constipation in TCM;reviewed the modern research on TCM patent medicines,single Chinese materia medica and TCM compounds in the treatment of constipation through water metabolism in recent years,providing ideas and methods for the research on the mechanism of TCM treatment of constipation through water metabolism.
