基于张景岳《宜麟策》探析药食对两性嗣育影响

摘要
药物和饮食是影响男女嗣育的两大重要因素.明代医家张景岳于《宜麟策》一文中,详细探讨药食对两性胎孕期间的相关作用,其中药物部分包含辨证挑选男女种子之方、药物剂型调整、张景岳对香附的独特见解,饮食部分包括男子饮酒伤胎、妇女饮食禁忌等学术论点.本文探析药物、饮食对男女嗣育之影响,深入研究张景岳对中医生殖学的全面见解,以期对两性优生优育提供理论支持.
Abstract
Medicine and diet are two important factors affecting male and female fertility.In the article Yi Lin Ce,physician Zhang Jingyue in the Ming Dynasty discussed in detail the relevant effects of medicine and diet on the male and female fertility.The medicine section includes the"seed formulas"for selection of syndrome differentiation of men and women,the adjustment of drug dosage forms,Zhang's unique views on Cyperi Rhizoma;the diet section includes academic arguments such as"drinking harms the fetus"for men and dietary taboos for women.This article aimed to explore the effects of medicine and diet on male and female fertility,and to delve into Zhang Jingyue's comprehensive understanding of TCM reproduction,in order to provide theoretical support for male and female eugenics.
