摘要
IgA肾病是亚洲人群中最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,也是发展至终末期肾病最常见的肾小球疾病.笔者结合目前国内外IgA肾病的中西医诊治进展和临证经验,总结归纳IgA肾病诊疗认识,包括注重随访与管理、结合临床与病理、分清急慢与虚实、中药与西药联合应用,以供临床医生参考,旨在为临床诊治、管理IgA肾病提供思路.
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is the most prevalent primary glomerulonephritis in the Asians as well as the most common glomerular disease that develops into end-stage kidney disease.In this article,the authors combined current progress in TCM and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of IgA nephropathy with the clinical experience to summarize a new perspective on the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,including concentrating on follow-up and management,combining clinical and pathology,differentiating the acute and chronic,deficiency and excess syndromes,and combining TCM and Western medicine to provide references for clinical doctors,in order to offer ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and management of IgA nephropathy.
