中医古籍急救知识本体构建及可视化研究——以"虫兽咬伤病救治"领域为例

摘要
目的 深度挖掘中医古籍急救知识并进行知识可视化,促进中医古籍急救知识的信息增值和资源积累.方法 抽取中医古籍急救知识,利用本体方法和protégé本体工具,实现中医古籍数据资源间的关联组织和可视化.首先,以《肘后备急方》《外台秘要》为例,展现中医古籍急救知识关联方法;其次,构建"虫兽咬伤病救治"本体,实例化展示中医古籍急救知识的统一组织和管理;最后,创建中医古籍急救知识的关联,可视化呈现以疾病、古籍、急救原文为对象的语义网络.结果 实现中医古籍急救知识的系统化组织和高效管理,且能对知识进行快速获取和精确定位,以"虫兽咬伤病救治"为例实现中医古籍急救知识的语义检索及可视化.结论 中医古籍急救知识可通过核心数据元实现关联,通过本体技术可实现多源异构中医古籍知识重组和深度利用,为古代急救知识传承和普及提供路径.
Abstract
Objective To deeply explore the first-aid knowledge in TCM classics and visualize the knowledge;To promote the information appreciation and resource accumulation of the knowledge.Methods The first-aid knowledge of TCM classics was extracted,and the association organization and visualization of data resources of TCM classics were realized by using ontology method and protégé ontology tool.First of all,Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang and Wai Tai Mi Yao were taken as examples to show the method of the association of first-aid knowledge in TCM classics;secondly,the ontology of"treatment of insect and animal bite"was constructed to demonstrate the unified organization and management of first-aid knowledge in TCM classics;finally,associations of first-aid knowledge in TCM classics were created,and a semantic network that focuses on diseases,ancient books,and emergency texts was visually presented.Results The systematic organization and efficient management of first-aid knowledge in TCM classics were achieved,and rapid acquisition and precise positioning of knowledge were also realized.Taking"treatment of insect and animal bites"as an example,semantic retrieval and visualization of first-aid knowledge in TCM classics was achieved.Conclusion The first aid knowledge in TCM classics can be related through core data elements.Through ontology technology,the recombination and deep utilization of multi-source heterogeneous knowledge of TCM classics can be achieved,providing an path for the inheritance and popularization of ancient first-aid knowledge.
