目的 应用数据挖掘技术对董明国教授诊治溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的用药规律进行总结,为传承和发扬名老中医临床经验提供参考.方法 检索2020年1月-2022年3月于广州中医药大学东莞医院董明国教授门诊治疗UC处方,对筛选后的医案进行预处理,将符合标准的医案建立数据库.运用频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析和因子分析等方法对处方进行系统挖掘,并结合董明国教授临证经验对挖掘结果进行分析和总结.结果 共筛选处方234首,涉及中药178味,频次较高的药物有甘草、白芍、白术、党参、茯苓、木香等,药性以平、温为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经以脾经、胃经为主,关联规则分析得到14组药对和9组角药,通过系统聚类分析方法得到5个聚类方.结论 董明国教授临床治疗UC针对脾胃气血亏虚为本,湿毒和食毒蕴结为标的辨治思路,运用健脾益气、祛湿毒、消食毒的治疗大法,标本同治.
Research on Dong Mingguo's Medication Law in Treating Ulcerative Colitis Based on Data Mining
Objective To summarize the medication law of professor Dong Mingguo's clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)using data mining techniques;To provide reference for inheriting and promoting the clinical experience of renowned TCM practitioners.Methods The prescriptions prescribed by professor Dong Mingguo in the outpatient department of Dongguan Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to March 2022 for UC were retrieved.The screened medical records were preprocessed and a database of medical records that meet the standards was established.Using the methods of frequency analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and factor analysis,the prescriptions were systematically mined,and the mining results were analyzed and summarized in combination with professor Dong Mingguo's clinical experience.Results A total of 234 prescriptions were screened,involving 178 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The drugs with high frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba,Atractyodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Codonopsis Radix,Poria,Aucklandiae Radix,etc.The main properties were mild and warm,and the main tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent.Meridian tropism was mainly spleen meridian and stomach meridian,and association rule obtained 14 medicinal pairs and 9 triple medicinal combinations.Five clustering formulas were obtained by systematic clustering analysis.Conclusion Professor Dong Mingguo's clinical treatment of UC focuses on the differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach qi and blood deficiency,with the accumulation of dampness and food toxins as the target.He uses the treatment methods of strengthening the spleen and tonifying qi,dispelling dampness and toxins,and eliminating food toxins to treat both symptoms and root causes.
