Discussion on the Medication Law in the Yi Fang Lei Ju·Ke Sou Men Based on Data Mining
Objective To analyze the medication law in the treatment of cough in Yi Fang Lei Ju·Ke Sou Men;To provide the basis and reference for the clinical treatment of cough.Methods Prescriptions for the treatment of cough recorded in Yi Fang Lei Ju·Ke Sou Men were included.Frequency statistics was performed on the frequency of medication,property,taste,meridian,and efficacy of drugs.Drug subcategories,association rules,and clustering analysis were performed on high-frequency drugs.Results A total of 1 332 prescriptions were collected,including 378 kinds of Chinese materia medica,most of which were fewer than 12.High-frequency drugs included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Poria,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,etc.The drug property was mainly warm;the main tastes were pungent,bitter and sweet,which mainly belong to the lung and spleen meridians.The main categories of efficacy were phlegm resolving,cough relieving,and asthma relieving drugs,as well as deficiency tonifying drugs.The association rules resulted in a total of 2 combinations of 18 items,3 combinations of 34 items,and 4 combinations of 3 items,most of which were combinations of drugs for invigorating the spleen,dispelling dampness,strengthening lung and resolving phlegm,with the core medicinal combination of modified Erchen Decoction at the same time.Clustering analysis identified 6 medicinal groups,which had the characteristics of clearing the lung and moistening the lung,regulating qi and strengthening the spleen,eliminating dampness and phlegm,and warming yang.Conclusion Before the Ming Dynasty,medical practitioners relatively simplified the prescriptions and medication for cough,with a focus on warming,suitable moistening and drying,and treating the lung and spleen together,emphasizing the regulation of qi and phlegm.
