Study on Medication Law of TCM for the Treatment of Ovarian Dysfunction Diseases with Liver Depression and Kidney Deficiency Type Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM in the treatment of ovarian dysfunction diseases with liver depression and kidney deficiency type based on data mining.Methods Clinical research literature about the TCM treatment of ovarian dysfunction diseases with liver depression and kidney deficiency type was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,CJFD and SinoMed from the estabishment of the databases to 14th,May 2023.Excel 2020 was used to establish a database.The Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform 2.3.5 was used to perform frequency,properties,taste,and meridian analysis,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to perform correlation analysis,systematic clustering analysis and complex network analysis on high-frequency drugs.Results A total of 68 articles were included,involving 111 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The medicinal properties were mainly mild,warm,slightly cold,and slightly warm,and the medicinal tastes were mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter.The meridians were concentrated in the liver,kidney,spleen,and heart meridians.The core drugs were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Bupleuri Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba,and Cuscuta Fructus.The core drug pairs were Bupleuri Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba-Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Bupleuri Radix-Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata.System clustering analysis yielded three types of combinations.Conclusion The TCM treatment for ovarian dysfunction caused by liver depression and kidney deficiency mainly focuses on tonifying the kidney and nourishing essence,regulating qi and soothing the liver,supplemented by strengthening the spleen and qi,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.
