Analysis on the Medication Law of TCM Hot Compress for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Data Mining
Objective To analyze the medication law of TCM hot compress in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)using data mining;To provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Relevant journal literature was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from the establishment of the databases to 20th,March 2022.Excel 2019 software was used to statistically analyze the frequency,property and taste,meridian,and efficacy of Chinese materia medica.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software Apriori algorithm was used to perform association rule analysis on high-frequency drugs,and clustering analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 22.0 software.Results A total of 164 prescriptions were included,involving 175 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Among them,high-frequency drugs mainly included anti rheumatic drugs such as Carthami Flos,Herba Lycopodii,Speranskia tuberculata(Bunge)Baill.,Aconiti Radix,Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix;the medicinal property of high-frequency drugs was mainly warm,with pungent and bitterness as the main tastes.The meridian was mainly focused on the liver meridian,and the efficacy was mainly to dispel rheumatism.The second was to disperse wind and cold,promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation.Conclusion TCM hot compress for the treatment of KOA is mainly discussed from the liver,taking into account the spleen and kidney,with the main treatment methods of dispelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and unblocking collaterals and relieving pain.
