Analysis on the Medication Law of External TCM Compound Patent for the Treatment of Psoriasis
Objective To study on the formulation and medication law of external TCM patent compounds for the treatment of psoriasis.Methods The Chinese patent announcement of the National Intellectual Property Administration was retrieved,and the search time range was from the establishment of the database to July 1,2022.TCM compound patents that met the standards were analyzed through The Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.3.5 from frequency,properties,tastes,meridian and efficacy.Association rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 software to analyze the medication law of external TCM patent compounds for the treatment of psoriasis.Results A total of 534 TCM compound patents for external use were included,involving 809 kinds of Chinese materia medica.6 drugs were used with a frequency of≥100,including Sophorae Flavescentis Radix(222 times,41.57%),Dictamni Cortex(208 times,38.95%),Cnidii Fructus(158 times,29.59%),Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex(124 times,23.22%),Kochiae Fructus(117 times,21.91%),Borneolum Syntheticum(115 times,21.54%).The medicinal property was mainly cold,and the main taste was mostly bitter.The liver meridian was the main meridian.The main efficacy of the medicine was to clear heat and dry dampness,clear heat and detoxify,and kill insects.Association rule results showed that Cnidii Fructus → Sophorae Flavescentis Radix was the binomial association rule with the highest confidence level,and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex+Cnidii Fructus → Sophorae Flavescentis Radix was the three association rules with the highest confidence level.After clustering analysis,6 groups of TCM combinations were obtained.Possible new prescriptions for drugs included Realgar,Calomelas,Sulfur,Borneolum Syntheticum,Alumen,Indigo Naturalis,etc.Conclusion The clinical use of external TCM compound patents in the treatment of psoriasis is mainly cold in property and bitter in taste,belong to the liver,spleen and lung meridians.The treatment mainly focuses on clearing heat,detoxifying,cooling blood,drying dampness,killing insects,and relieving itching.
