运用化浊活血法治疗骨折病经验探析

摘要
吴峰教授认为,骨折病主要病因为浊瘀阻滞、肝肾亏虚,属于虚实夹杂之证,治疗应当活血化浊祛瘀,兼补肝肾.其创立化浊活血法治疗骨折病,方用自拟生化和伤饮联合黄芪鳖甲舒筋汤加减,每获良效.文后附验案一则,为治疗骨折病提供新思路.
Abstract
Professor Wu Feng believes that the main causes of post-fracture syndrome is turbidity and blood stasis stagnation,liver and kidney deficiency,which is the syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess,and the treatment should activate blood circulation,remove turbidity and remove blood stasis,and tonifying the liver and kidney.Professor Wu creates the method of reducing blood stasis and promoting blood circulation,which was modified by self-designed Shenghua Heshang Decoction combined with Huangqi Biejia Decoction,each with good efficacy.One medical case was added at the end of the article to provide new idea for the treatment of post-fracture syndrome.
