Discussion on the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis Based on the Theory of"Lung Opening to the Nose"
Allergic rhinitis is a frequently-occurring clinical disease,and it is prone to occur in people with allergic constitution.It often manifests as runny nose,sneezing,and nasal itching.The disease is located in the nose.The nose and lung are closely linked in physiological structure and function,pathological relationship,and meridians and collaterals.Rhinopathy can lead to lung diseases,and lung diseases can also lead to the rhinopathy.Huang Di Nei Jing first proposed the theory of"the lung opening to the nose",pointing out that the physiological and pathological conditions of the lungs can be reflected in the nose.Based on this theory,this article discussed the treatment of allergic rhinitis,proposed to dispel pathogenic factors and consolidate the root by dispelling the pathogenic factors of wind and cold,tonifying lung qi,and warming lung yang,aiming to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
