林季文辨治儿童慢性咳嗽经验

摘要
林季文结合儿童生理、病理特点,从"风、寒、虚、痰"论治慢性咳嗽,认为"风痰互结"为本病的主要辨证分型.临证提倡辨病、辨证相结合,注重表里兼顾、肺脾同治,同时善用虫类药.本文总结林季文辨治儿童慢性咳嗽经验,并附验案一则,为治疗儿童慢性咳嗽提供新思路.
Abstract
Lin Jiwen combines the physiological and pathological characteristics of children and treats chronic cough from the perspectives of"wind,cold,deficiency,and phlegm".He believes that"the mutual obstruction of wind and phlegm"is the main differentiation of this disease.Clinical practice advocates a combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,emphasizing the balance between external and internal factors,treating the lungs and spleen together,and making good use of insect drugs.This article summarized Lin Jiwen's experience in diagnosing and treating chronic cough in children,and provided a new approach for treating chronic cough in children with one medical record.
