葛洪肿瘤病证论治研究

摘要
通过对葛洪《肘后备急方》中有关肿瘤病证论治的内容进行整理分析,归纳葛洪对肿瘤类疾病的症状描述及命名特点,总结其临证治法及用药特色.葛洪以温通经络、活血破瘀为基本治法,注重攻补兼施,擅长药熨.在用药上,其善用酒疗,且方法多样,善用禽便、峻药,注重减毒增效.葛洪的治法方药经验至今仍对中医肿瘤临床具有重要的指导和借鉴意义.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the relevant contents of the treatment of tumor in the main work Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang by Ge Hong,this article concluded Ge Hong's symptom description and naming characteristics of tumor diseases,and summarized the characteristics of treatment and medication.In treatment,Ge Hong mainly took warming and clearing meridians and collaterals,activating blood circulation and breaking blood stasis as the basic method.He not only applied both attacking and tonifying,but also was good at ironing drugs.In medication,he was good at using wine therapy,with various methods,good at using poultry feces and drastic drugs,and paid attention to toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing.Ge Hong's experience in treating tumor diseases still has important guidance and reference significance for TCM clinical practice.
