从"祛瘀生新"探讨恶性血液病化疗后骨髓抑制中医治疗

摘要
"祛瘀生新"最早出自《神农本草经》,作为治疗法源于《黄帝内经》.血瘀是化疗后骨髓抑制的重要病理因素,且贯穿疾病全程.化疗后骨髓抑制的病机为正虚致瘀,新血不生,气滞血瘀,血运失畅;久病体虚,瘀毒并存.以祛瘀为治疗恶性血液病化疗后骨髓抑制的关键方法,使瘀祛气血平、新血生.本文从理论及临床方面探讨祛瘀生新法治疗恶性血液病化疗后骨髓抑制的作用,以展现中医治疗本病的特色和优势.
Abstract
"Removing blood stasis and generating new blood"originated from Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,which was proposed as a therapeutic principle by Huang Di Nei Jing.Blood stasis is the most important pathological factor of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,and it runs through the whole process of the disease.The pathogenesis of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy is lack of healthy qi leading to blood stasis,lack of new blood production,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and impaired blood circulation;long term illness with physical deficiency and coexistence of blood stasis and toxins.The key method to treat bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for malignant hematological diseases is to remove blood stasis,promote qi and blood circulation,and promote the generation of new blood.This article explored the theoretical and clinical effects of the method of removing blood stasis and generating new blood in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in malignant hematological diseases,in order to demonstrate the characteristics and advantages of TCM in treating this disease.
