摘要
本文总结周耀庭教授治疗IgA血管炎的经验.周教授认为IgA血管炎由风、湿、毒、热、瘀多病因致病,病因病机为风湿毒热、邪迫血溢、瘀血阻络,治以散风利湿、凉血解毒化瘀,创制"散风解毒凉血汤"收到较好疗效,为IgA血管炎的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
This article summarized Professor Zhou Yaoting's experience in treating IgA vasculitis.Professor Zhou believes that IgA vasculitis is caused by multiple causes of wind,dampness,toxin,heat and blood stasis,and the etiology and pathogenesis are wind,dampness,toxin,heat,evil force blood overflow,blood stasis blocking collateral.The treatment should be dissipating wind and dispelling dampness,cooling blood,detoxifying and removing blood stasis.Professor Zhou created"Sanfeng Jiedu Liangxue Decoction",with good efficacy,providing new ideas for the treatment of IgA vasculitis.
