Analysis on Biliary Gastritis Based on the Xuanfu Theory
Bile reflux gastritis is prone to recurrence and difficult to cure in clinical practice,and is related to various pathogenic factors.TCM has certain advantages in alleviating its clinical symptoms.Xuanfu originated from Huang Di Nei Jing,and its theory was gradually refined by Liu Wansu and other ancient and modern scholars,who argued that visceral Xuanfu theory is closely related to spleen and stomach diseases.If Xuanfu is suppressed and confined in the body,qi and fluid will not be regulated,and all kinds of diseases will cause confinement in the body.This article mainly discussed the relationship between Xuanfu theory and the pathogenesis of bile reflux gastritis from three aspects:spleen Xuanfu,liver Xuanfu and brain Xuanfu,and proposed a treatment principle based on deepening liver and strengthening spleen,and awakening brain to open Xuanfu,which would provide a idea for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.
