摘要
曹淑华教授认为,儿童过敏性鼻炎以肺脾气虚为本,与肺、脾二脏关系密切.治疗上提出分期论治,急性期当调和营卫通鼻窍,缓解期应补脾益肺强身体.治疗期间注重针药并用,内外兼施.方药以桂枝汤为基础加减,外治法以局部毫火针散刺配合隔姜灸神阙及身柱调理肺脾.并附验案一则.
Abstract
Professor Cao Shuhua believes that allergic rhinitis in children is based on qi deficiency in lung and spleen,which is closely related to the relationship between lung and spleen.In the treatment,it is proposed to treat by stages.In the stage of the acute period,the treatment should keep nutritive and defensive levels in harmony to relieve a stuffy nose;in the remission period,the treatment should supplement the spleen and lung to strengthen the body.During the treatment,the combination of acupuncture and medicine should be paid attention to,with internal and external application.The prescription was based on Guizhi Decoction,and the external treatment was to regulate the lung and spleen by local fire needle scattered acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion at Shenque acupoint and Shenzhu acupoint,and one case was attached.
