摘要
针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹包括单纯针刺疗法、特色针刺疗法、针刺联合疗法,其中特色针刺疗法可分为醒脑开窍针法、温通针法、维筋相交针刺法、调跷脉合维脉法、"补荥通俞"针刺法,针刺联合疗法可分为联合电针、联合灸法、联合推拿手法、联合营养神经药物及中药方剂,机制研究主要围绕调节局部血流微循环、促进轴突再生展开.现对针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Acupuncture treatment for oculomotor nerve palsy includes simple acupuncture therapy,characteristic acupuncture therapy,and combined acupuncture therapy.Among them,the characteristic acupuncture therapy can be divided into Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method,Wentong acupuncture method,the interaction of twelve meridian muscle regions and contralateral needling therapy,acupuncture on Qiaomai and Weimai,"Buxing Tongshu"acupuncture.The combined acupuncture therapy can be divided into combined electroacupuncture,combined moxibustion,combined massage,combined nutritional nerve drugs and TCM prescriptions.The mechanism research mainly focuses on regulating local blood flow microcirculation and promoting axon regeneration.This article reviewed the research on acupuncture treatment for oculomotor nerve palsy,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
