中医药治疗儿童支原体肺炎机制研究进展

摘要
随着儿童支原体肺炎发病率的升高和大环内酯类抗生素耐药率的增长.越来越多的研究显示,中医药治疗儿童支原体肺炎具有独特优势,临床疗效显著.体内外实验表明,中药不仅具有抑制肺炎支原体作用,同时还可降低机体炎症因子的表达、调节机体免疫应答及相关信号通路等.本文综述了中医药治疗儿童支原体肺炎相关机制研究进展,以期为今后进一步临床研究提供参考.
Abstract
With the increase of the incidence of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and the increase of the resistance rate of macrolide antibiotics.More and more studies show that TCM has unique advantages in the treatment of MPP in children,and the clinical effect is remarkable.In vitro and in vivo experiments show that TCM not only has the effect of inhibiting mycoplasma pneumoniae,but also can reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,regulate the immune response and regulate related signaling pathways.This article mainly reviewed the research progress in the mechanism related to the TCM treatment of MPP in children,in order to provide reference for further clinical research.
