基于肠道菌群失调探讨培土生金法与老年社区获得性肺炎的关系

摘要
培土生金法是临床改善肺脾失衡的重要治法,肺脾失衡是老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的主要病机之一.肠道菌群结构改变引起机体代谢紊乱与老年CAP发生发展密切相关,文章通过探讨肠道菌群失调与肺脾失衡的关系,解读中医学培土生金法与老年CAP的相关性,探讨改善肠道菌群结构治疗老年CAP的重要意义,以期为临床治疗老年CAP提供新思路.
Abstract
Reinforcing earth to generate metal method is an important remedy for clinical improvement of the imbalance between lung and spleen,which is one of the main pathogenic mechanisms of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)in elderly people.The alteration of intestinal flora structure and the resulting disorders of body metabolism are closely related to the occurrence and development of CAP in the elderly.This article interpreted the correlation between reinforcing earth to generate metal method and CAP in the elderly from multiple perspectives through exploring the relationship between gut flora dysbiosis and lung spleen imbalance,explored the significance of improving gut microbiota structure in the treatment of CAP in the elderly,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of CAP in the elderly.
