摘要
本文总结目前中医学知识库研究现状发现,目前中医专病知识库数量较少、规模较小,存在知识库与数据库或主题词表混淆、多源知识融合不充分、知识挖掘深度和广度不足、知识整理过程信度和效度不佳、评价机制有待完善等问题.为解决上述问题,进一步厘清中医专病知识库的概念,构建能应用于临床和教学的知识库,本文提出,将自下而上标引知识元与自上而下本体框架构建方法相结合、融合多源知识、以象思维为底层逻辑、制定知识元规范标准、建立中医专病知识库评价体系等多种对策,加速推进中医专病知识库领域发展.
Abstract
This article summarized the current condition of knowledge base in the field of TCM.It has been found that,at present,the number and scale of the knowledge base of TCM special diseases is small,and there are problems such as confusion between knowledge bases and databases or topic word lists,insufficient integration of multi-source knowledge,insufficient depth and breadth of knowledge mining,poor reliability and validity of knowledge organization process,and the need for improvement of evaluation mechanisms.In order to solve the above problems,clarify the conception of the knowledge base of TCM special diseases of and build a base which can be used in the clinic practice and education,the article proposed to combine the bottom-up indexing of knowledge element and the top-down construction of ontology framework,integrate multisource knowledge,take Xiang thinking as the underlying logic,and establish the standard of knowledge element and the evaluation system for the knowledge base of TCM special diseases,in order to accelerate the development of the field of TCM disease knowledge base.
