摘要
目的 整理我国中医药高校针灸专利申请情况,探讨该领域发展现状和变化趋势,以期为今后针灸专利申请提供参考与建议.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)建库至2023年10月1日收录的针灸专利,并从其年度趋势、申请机构、分布地区、申请类型和主要技术分布等方面进行统计分析.结果 共纳入针灸专利1 188项,申请数量逐年上升;前3位申请机构为湖南中医药大学、成都中医药大学、河南中医药大学;中部地区、西部地区、东部地区和东北地区的专利数量分别为343、425、324、96项;高校针灸发明专利类型主要集中于实用新型专利,涉及针灸针、灸疗装置等技术领域.结论 目前我国中医药高校专利申请数量整体呈上升趋势,专利结构持续优化,但存在不同高校、地区专利发展水平差距较大现象.针灸专利研究极具潜力,今后应抓住技术着力点,进一步把握针灸科研技术变化趋势.
Abstract
Objective To sort out the situation of acupuncture and moxibustion patent applications in TCM colleges and universities;To discuss the development status and changing trends in this field;To provide reference and suggestions for the future Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion patent applications.Methods The acupuncture and moxibustion patents collected in CNKI database from the establishment to October 1,2023 were searched and analyzed statistically from the aspects of annual trend,applicant,distribution region,application type and main technology distribution.Results 1 188 acupuncture patents were included,and the number of applications increased year by year;the top three applicants were Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Henan University of Chinese Medicine;the number of patents in the Central,Western,Eastern,and Northeastern regions are 343,425,324,and 96,respectively;the types of acupuncture invention patents in universities were mainly concentrated in utility model patents,involving acupuncture needles,moxibustion treatment devices and other technical fields.Conclusion At present,the number of patent applications in TCM colleges and universities is on the rise,and the patent structure is continuously optimized,but there is a phenomenon that the patent development level is relatively large in different universities and regions.In the future,grasp the technical focus shoudl be grasped and the changing trend of acupuncture research technology should be further grasped.
