Study on the Standardization of Terminology in TCM Psychology and the Construction of Terminology Dictionary
To construct a Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Psychology Terminology;To provide standardized terminology for the mining and analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment data in TCM psychology.Through literature research and expert consultation,the relevant standards of psychology were obtained.Ten books with clear definitions of symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment methods and prescriptions were selected as the source of original terms,and the classification framework of Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Psychology Terminology was determined.Referring to ICD-11 and relevant national standards,textbooks and other authoritative documents,each category of terms was sorted out and standardized,and the mapping of preferred terms of various terms and other terms was constructed.Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Psychology Terminology consisting of 3 056 terms in 15 subcategories of 2 categories was formed,and the term coding was realized.Among them,there were 1 030 unique psychological terms,such as"Baihe disease","zang-manic disease"and so on.Each type of term formation took the preferred term as the core.Each term included six attributes:original term source,original term,standardized term,preferred term,preferred term definition,and preferred term definition source.It had the functions of supporting data collection,data retrieval,mining model formation,and medical record template generation.In this study,a comprehensive dictionary of TCM psychology related terms is constructed for the first time,including TCM and modern medical terms,which can meet the actual needs of clinical data to scientific research data,and can be used to support clinical electronic medical record data collection,data mining analysis,new knowledge discovery and so on.
