摘要
目的 探索耳穴治疗抑郁症的选穴配伍规律.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed建库至2023年4月24日收录的耳穴治疗抑郁症相关文献,应用Excel2019软件建立耳穴治疗抑郁症处方数据库,应用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26、Cytoscape3.8.2软件分析高频穴位及穴位配伍关联.结果 共纳入文献1 670篇,纳入耳穴19个,总应用频次共997次;高频耳穴为神门、心、肝、皮质下、肾等,常用耳穴穴对为心-神门、心-肝、神门-肝.结论 神门、心、肝为耳穴治疗抑郁症常用腧穴,腧穴配伍规律遵循"脑耳同治""五脏藏神"理论原则.
Abstract
Objective To explore the law for acupoint selection and compatibility of auricular acupoint therapy for the treatment of depression.Methods Literature about auricular acupoint therapy for the treatment of depression was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to April 24,2023.Excel 2019 was used to establish a database of prescriptions for auricular acupoint therapy for the treatment of depression.SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 26 and Cytoscape 3.8.2 were used to analyze the high frequency auricular acupoints and acupoints compatibility association.Results A total of 1 670 articles and 19 auricular acupoints were included,with a total frequency of 997 times;the auricular acupoints selected with high frequency included Shenmen,Heart,Liver,Pizhixia and Kidney,and the commonly used pairs of auricular acupoints were Heart-Shenmen,Heart-Liver,Shenmen-Liver.Conclusion Shenmen,Heart and Liver are the most commonly used acupoints in auricular acupuncture for depression,and their acupoint compatibility law follows the theoretical principles of"simultaneous treatment for brain and ea"and"the five viscera harboring the spirit".
