摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘技术探索中医药治疗妊娠高凝状态用药规律.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)建库至2023年11月30日收录的中医药治疗妊娠高凝状态临床研究文献,筛选后运用Excel2021软件建立数据库,运用古今医案云平台2.3.7、SPSS Modeler 18.0、Cytoscape3.9.1软件对药物频次、性味归经进行统计并进行关联规则分析,利用SPSS26.0进行系统聚类分析,并分析用药规律.结果 共纳入文献61篇,涉及中药82味.高频药物为菟丝子、续断、桑寄生、当归、丹参,药性以平、温、微温为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,药物归经主要集中在肝经、脾经、肾经、心经.核心药对为桑寄生-续断、续断-菟丝子、菟丝子-当归、续断-当归、菟丝子-白芍.系统聚类分析形成3类.结论 中医药治疗妊娠高凝状态组方侧重补肾安胎、活血化瘀,以寿胎丸为基础方,配伍活血化瘀之品,重视通补兼施,为中医药治疗妊娠高凝状态提供新方法、新思路.
Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM treatment for pregnancy hypercoagulable state based on data mining technology.Methods The clinical research literature of TCM for the treatment of pregnancy hypercoagulable state was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from establishment of the databases to November 30,2023.After screening,a database was established by Excel 2021 software.Ancient and modern medical records cloud platform 2.3.7,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used to conduct statistical analysis on drug frequency,four properties,five tastes,and meridian distribution,as well as association rules and systematic clustering analysis,and SPSS 26.0 was used to analyse the medication law.Results A total of 61 articles were included,involving 82 kinds of Chinese materia medica.High-frequency drugs included Cuscutae Semen,Dipsaci Radix,Taxilli Herba,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,etc.The properties were mainly neutral,warm and slightly warm,and the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridian tropism of drugs was mainly concentrated in liver,spleen,kidney and heart meridians.The core drug pairs were Taxilli Herba-Dipsaci Radix,Dipsaci Radix-Cuscutae Semen,Cuscutae Semen-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Dipsaci Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Cuscutae Semen-Paeoniae Radix Alba.Systematic clustering analysis formed three categories.Conclusion The prescription of TCM for the treatment of pregnancy hypercoagulable state focuses on the application of tonifying kidney,preventing miscarriage,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The prescription is based on Shoutai Pills,combined with products for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and pays attention to both dredging and tonifying,provides new methods and new ideas for TCM treatment of pregnancy hypercoagulable state.
