Exploration on the Medication Law in the TCM Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the medication law in the TCM treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods Literature related to TCM treatment of PMOP was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,and PubMed databases from the establishment of the databases to October 28,2023.After screening through the Zotero6.0 literature management system, relevant data were inputted into TCMISS 2.5,a TCM heritage support system, for drug frequency statistics, analysis of the four properties, five tastes and meridians.Aassociation rule analysis and clustering analysis were performed. Results A total of 88 articles were included, including 88 prescriptions, involving 143 kinds of Chinese materia medica, with a total frequency of 952.A total of 25 drugs were used with a frequency of≥10,The top five drugs with the highest frequency were Epimedii Folium(57 times),Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata(47 times),Astragali Radix(42 times),Drynariae Rhizoma(38 times),and Eucommiae Cortex(37 times). The main properties were warm and neutral, and the main tastes were sweet, bitter, and pungent. The meridians were mainly liver, kidney, and spleen.Analysis of association rules revealed drug combinations centered around Epimedii Folium and Rehmanniae Praeparata Radix. The combination with the highest confidence level was"Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata+Astragali Radix → Epimedii Folium".Through the clustering analysis,10 core drug combinations and 5 new recipe combinations were obtained. Conclusion TCM treatment for PMOP is primarily based on reinforcing liver and kidney, strengthening tendons and bones, strengthening spleen, and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.Treatment is often based on the three organs of liver, kidney, and spleen, mainly using warm, neutral, sweet, bitter, and pungent medicines;he core drugs are Epimedii Folium,Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata,Astragali Radix,Drynariae Rhizoma, and Eucommiae Cortex. The commonly used combinations are"Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata-Epimedii Folium","Astragali Radix-Epimedii Folium".
