Medication Law of Chen Xiaogang in the Treatment of Children with Tic Disorder Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the Chief TCM doctor Chen Xiaogang's core prescriptions for the treatment of children's tic disorder using data mining technology.Methods The case data of children with tic disorder who were treated in the outpatient department of Chief TCM doctor Chen Xiaogang from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were collected.Excel 2021 was used to establish a database,and TCM apprenticeship assistance platform V3.5 was used for data mining.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 27.0 were used for association rules and clustering analysis.Results A total of 532 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 252 children.The common symptoms and signs included blinking,poor sleep,prone to tantrum,throat vocalization,loss of appetite and so on;involving 71 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high frequency drugs were Paeoniae Radix Alba,Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis,Tribuli Fructus,Bombyx Batryticatus,Albiziae Cortex,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Os Draconis,Cicadae Periostracum,Saposhnikoviae Radix and Poria,etc.The drug property was mainly neutral,the tastes were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver,lung and spleen meridians.15 drug pairs were obtained by association analysis and 4 drug combinations were obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion Chief TCM doctor Chen Xiaogang advocates the harmonization of liver and spleen,simultaneous treatment for liver and lung for children with tic disorder,pays attention to"treating the heart and regulating the spirit",with co-treatment of body and mind,and makes good use of Paeoniae Radix Alba to treat tic disorder,and adapts to the physiology of children with"delicate zang-fu organs".
