Exploration on the Medication Law of TCM Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Based on Data Mining
Objective To investigate the medication law of TCM combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer through data mining methods.Methods The literature related to TCM combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and and VIP from the establishment of the databases to June 9,2023.Excel 2021 was used to input data and conduct frequency statistics and attribute analysis of Chinese materia medica.IBM SPSS Modeler 18 and SPSS Statistics 27 software were used for association rules and clustering analysis.Results A total of 122 prescriptions were included,involving 148 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 1 469 times.The most frequently used Chinese materia medica were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The top five efficacy frequency were tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,water-clearing and dampness-percolating drugs,qi-regulating drugs,and blood-activating and stasis-dissolving drugs.The property and taste were mainly sweet and warm,and the meridian was mainly spleen meridian.Association rule analysis showed that the highest support Chinese medicine combination was Astragali Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.Systematic clustering analysis clustered the drugs into 8 categories.Conclusion Tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen should be the foundation of TCM combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer.
