摘要
目的 可视化分析2000-2022年中医药治疗胃癌前病变(PLGC)研究文献,了解该领域发展概况及研究热点.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)2000年1月1日-2022年12月31日收录的中医药治疗PLGC研究文献,应用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件分析作者、机构、关键词,并绘制知识图谱.结果 共纳入文献1 126篇,其中学位论文213篇,期刊文献913篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势.发文量最高的作者为谢晶日(44篇),发文量最高的研究机构为南京中医药大学(59篇).关键词形成以#1胃炎、#5浊毒、#8欣胃颗粒、#13大鼠、#15治未病等18个聚类.突现关键词显示,该领域研究热点集中在辨证施治、临床经验及新兴研究方法等方面.结论 该领域年发文量持续上升,已形成核心作者团体,但研究机构间合作有待加强.理论探讨、临床研究及基础实验是该领域研究重点内容.
Abstract
Objective To perform visualization analysis on the literature of TCM treatment for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC);To understand the development situation and research hotspots in this field.Methods The relevant literature about TCM treatment for PLGC was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 1,2000 to December 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to analyze authors,institutions,keywords,and a knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 1 126 articles were included,including 213 dissertations and 913 journal articles,and the number of articles was on the rise.The author with the highest publication volume was Xie Jingri(44 articles),and the research institution with the highest publication volume was Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(59 articles).18 keywords,suan as#1 gastritis,#5 turbidity poison,#8 Xinwei Granules,#13 rats and#15 prevention first were formed by clustering analysis.The emergence of keywords indicated that research hotspots in this field were focused on syndrome differentiation and treatment,clinical experience,and emerging research methods.Conclusion The annual publication volume in this field continues to increase,forming core author groups,but cooperation between research institutions needs to be strengthened.Theoretical exploration,clinical research,and basic experiments are the focus of research in this field.
