摘要
目的 应用可视化方法分析近22年天麻钩藤饮研究概况.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2001年1月1日-2022年6月30日收录的天麻钩藤饮研究文献,通过CiteSpace6.1.R6软件对作者、机构、关键词进行分析.结果 共纳入文献1 552篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,邢之华、方显明、冼绍祥团队发文量较高,机构主要集中在中南大学湘雅医院、广西中医药大学、广州中医药大学第一附属医院.高频关键词为"高血压""肝阳上亢证""临床疗效",关键词共聚为9类,得到20个突现关键词.结论 该领域核心作者研究较为稳定且具有较高产出,中医药高校是该领域主要研究机构.高血压病、眩晕、中风、帕金森病与天麻钩藤饮相关,该领域研究主要涉及临床应用、有效成分、药理机制等,治疗脑梗死或老年性高血压是当前研究的热点,其治疗脑梗死的疗效和作用机理探索或将成为后续研究方向.
Abstract
Objective To apply visualization method to analyze the research overview of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the past 22 years.Methods Literature about Tianma Gouteng Decoction was retrieved from CNKI database from January 1,2001 to June 30,2022.Authors,institutions,and keywords were analyzed using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software.Results A total of 1 552 articles were included,and the overall number of articles showed an upward trend,among which,the teams represented by Xing Zhihua,Fang Xianming and Xian Shaoxiang achieved more results.The institutions were mainly concentrated in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The high-frequency keywords were"hypertension","liver yang hyperactivity syndrome",and"clinical efficacy".The keywords were clustered into 9 categories,resulting in 20 emergent keywords.Conclusion The research of core authors in this field is relatively stable and has high output,and TCM universities are the main research institutions in this field.Hypertension,dizziness,stroke,and Parkinson's disease are related to Tianma Gouteng Decoction.Research in this field mainly involves clinical applications,effective ingredients,pharmacological mechanisms,etc.The treatment of cerebral infarction or elderly hypertension is currently a research hotspot,and the exploration of its therapeutic effect and mechanism in treating cerebral infarction may become the direction of subsequent research.
