摘要
目的 探讨2002-2022年中医药治疗功能性便秘研究热点及发展趋势.方法 检索中国知识资源总库 2002 年 1 月 1 日-2022 年 12 月 31 日收录的中医药治疗功能性便秘研究文献.利用CiteSpace5.7.R1软件对作者、期刊、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献2 399篇,年均发文量为114.2篇;发文量最高的期刊为《四川中医》(59篇);发文量最高的作者为丁曙晴(18篇),发文量较高且合作关系较密切的作者团体包括丁曙晴、丁义江和周永学;发文量最高的研究机构为南京中医药大学(49篇),发文量较高且合作密切的研究机构为南京中医药大学和成都中医药大学.最高频关键词为"功能性便秘"(1 512次),关键词共聚为10类,"功能性便秘"突现强度最高且突现持续时间最长.结论 该领域需进一步加强作者间合作,鼓励跨机构、跨地域合作交流;领域研究热点为疗效观察、治疗方法(针灸、按摩、埋线)、研究进展等,穴位贴敷、生活质量、肠道菌群、胃肠激素可能成为下一阶段的研究热点.
Abstract
Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trend of TCM treatment of functional constipation from 2002 to 2022.Methods The literature about the TCM treatment for functional constipation was retrieved from China Knowledge Resources Database from January 1,2002 to December 31,2022.CiteSpace 5.7.R1 software was used for visualization analysis on authors,journals,research institutions and keywords.Results A total of 2 399 articles were included,with an annual average of 114.2 articles.The journal with the highest number of publications was Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine(59 articles).The author with the highest number of publications was Ding Shuqing(18 articles).The author groups with the highest number of publications and close cooperation relationship included Ding Shuqing,Ding Yijiang and Zhou Yongxue.Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine had the highest number of publications(49),while Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the highest number of publications and close cooperation.The keyword with the highest frequency was"functional constipation"(1 512 times),and there were 10 types of keywords,and"functional constipation"had the highest intensity and longest duration of emergence.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among authors and encourage cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation and exchange in this field.The research hotspots in the field are curative effect observation,treatment methods(acupuncture,massage,embedding),research progress,etc.Acupoint application,quality of life,intestinal flora,gastrointestinal hormones may become the hot research direction in the next stage.
