摘要
目的 对中医药传统知识保护文献进行可视化研究,发现中医传统知识保护领域的研究现状、热点与前沿,为今后该领域研究提供参考.方法 中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)建库至2023年4月10日收录的中医药传统知识保护研究文献.使用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件对机构、作者、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献959篇,年发文量呈波动状态,研究机构间倾向独立研究,学者间合作关系相对较少,有较大的合作空间;主要研究机构为南京中医药大学、中国中医科学院,主要作者为宋晓亭、刘剑锋,主要关键词包括"知识产权""专利""法律法规"等,该领域研究主题包括中医药传统知识保护具体措施和构建适合中医药传统知识保护制度,近几年研究热点是国际合作和保护持有人的权益.结论 中医药传统知识保护工作已取得重要进展,研究内容主要集中在知识产权、保护措施、法律法规及制度建设,建立和逐步完善中医药传统知识保护体系、保护持有人权益为该领域今后的研究热点.
Abstract
Objective To conduct visualization research on the literature about the protection of TCM knowledge;To discover the current research status,hotspots,and frontiers in the field of TCM knowledge protection;To provide reference for future research in this field.Methods Literature related to protection of TCM knowledge published in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed was retrieved from the establishment of the databases to April 10,2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was used for visualization analysis on institutions,authors,and keywords,etc.Results A total of 959 articles were included,and the annual publication volume showed a fluctuating state.Research institutions tended to conduct independent research,and there were relatively few cooperative relationships among scholars,so there was a large space for cooperation;the main institutions were Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,etc.The main authors were Song Xiaoting,Liu Jianfeng,etc.The keywords included"intellectual property rights","patents","laws and regulations",etc.The research topics included the specific measures to protect TCM knowledge and the establishment of a protection system suitable for TCM knowledge.In recent years,the research hotspots were international cooperation and the protection of the rights and interests of holders.Conclusion Important progress has been made in the protection of TCM knowledge.The research content mainly focuses on intellectual property rights,protection measures,laws and regulations and system construction,etc.The establishment and gradual improvement of TCM knowledge protection system and the protection of holders'rights and interests have gradually become a research hotspot in this field in the future.
