基于CiteSpace的香砂六君子汤研究文献可视化分析

摘要
目的 基于文献计量学方法分析香砂六君子汤领域研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)建库至 2023 年 4 月 30 日收录的香砂六君子汤中文文献,利用CiteSpace5.7.R5软件构建作者、机构共现网络及关键词共现、聚类、时间线、突现.结果 共纳入文献994篇,发文量整体呈先上升后下降的趋势,发文量最高的作者为段永强,发文量最高的研究机构为甘肃中医药大学.出现频次最高的关键词为"慢性胃炎",中介中心性最高的关键词为"慢性胃炎",关键词共聚为11类,突现强度最高的关键词为"胃癌""疗效""不良反应".结论 该领域尚未形成核心作者群体,需进一步加强协同创新研究;目前,慢性胃炎和化疗是该领域研究热点,临床观察为该领域重点研究方法,临床疗效或将成为未来研究热点.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots,and trend of development of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction based on bibliometric methods.Methods Chinese literature about Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction was retrieved from the establishment of the database to April 30,2023.CiteSpace 5.7.R5 was used to Visualize the co-occurrence network of authors and institutions,as well as keyword co-occurrence,clustering,timeline,and emergence.Results A total of 994 articles were included in this study,and the overall number of publications showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The author with the most publication volume was Duan Yongqiang,and the research institution with the most publication volume was Gansu University of Chinese Medicine."Chronic gastritis"is the most frequently occurring keywords,while"chronic gastritis"had the highest mediating centrality.The keywords were clustered into 11 categories,and the most prominent keywords were"gastric cancer","efficacy",and"adverse reactions".Conclusion The field has not yet formed a core author group,and further strengthening collaborative innovation research;at present,chronic gastritis and chemotherapy are research hotspots in this field,and clinical observation is a key research method in this field.Clinical efficacy may become a future research hotspot.
