摘要
目的 分析《临证指南医案》研究现状及研究热点.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)收录的1964年5月1日-2022年10月31日《临证指南医案》研究文献,应用CiteSpace6.1.R3软件绘制作者、研究机构合作网络及关键词共现、聚类、突现图谱.结果 共纳入研究文献703篇,年均发文量逐年递增;该领域发文量最高的作者为姚鹏宇,以其为核心形成研究团队,主要研究机构为北京中医药大学、天津中医药大学、成都中医药大学;该领域的核心关键词(中介中心性>0.1)为"中风""学术思想""治法""用药规律",关键词共形成8个聚类,突现关键词"中医病机"突现时间最长,"用药规律"突现强度最高.结论 该领域研究近期发展较为迅速,作者及研究机构间合作交流有待加强;研究热点为挖掘用药规律、总结学术思想等,其中,单味药使用及经方配伍规律研究热度较高,有望成为下一阶段研究热点.
Abstract
Objective To analyse the current status and research hotspots of the study of Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An.Methods Research literature about Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from May 1,1964 to October 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to map the authors,the cooperation of the research organizations network and keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and emergence mapping.Results A total of 703 articles were included,and the annual average number of articles published increased year by year;the author with the highest number of articles published in this field was Yao Pengyu,who formed a core research team,and the main research institutions were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the core keywords(mediator centrality>0.1)in this field were"stroke","academic thought","treatment method",and"medication law".8 clusters were formed by the keywords.The keyword"TCM pathogenesis"had the longest duration of emergence,and the intensity of emergence of"medication law"was the highest.Conclusion The recent development of this field of research is relatively rapid,and the cooperation and communication between authors and research institutes should be strengthened;the research hotspots are mining medication law,summarizing the academic thinking,etc.,among which,the use of single herbs and the law of prescription and compatibility is with high research enthusiasm,and is expected to be the research hotspot in the next stage.
