摘要
目的 运用文献计量学方法可视化分析归脾汤研究文献,了解该领域研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2012年1月1日-2023年9月30日收录的归脾汤中文研究文献,应用CiteSpace6.2.R4、VOSviewer1.6.19软件绘制作者、期刊、研究机构、关键词相关知识图谱并进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献879篇,年发文量趋势较稳定,年均发文量为73篇;该领域作者呈人数多、团队小、发文少、合作散的特点,研究机构较为分散.关键词分析发现,失眠、心悸、抑郁是该领域关注较多的疾病.关键词形成9个聚类,共发现6个突现关键词.结论 近十年归脾汤相关研究发文整体呈稳定趋势,研究内容集中在心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、血液系统疾病,临床疗效研究、不良反应研究、睡眠质量研究为本领域的前沿热点及研究趋势.
Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the research literature on Guipi Decoction using the method of bibliometrics;To understand the current research status,hotspots,and development trends in this field.Methods Research literature about Guipi Decoction was retrieved from CNKI from January 1,2012 to September 30,2023.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer 1.6.19 software were used to draw the relevant knowledge graph of the annual volume of articles,authors,source journals,research institutions and keywords and visualization analysis was performed.Results A total of 879 articles were included,and the volume of articles generally showed a stable trend,and the average annual volume of articles was 73;the authors of this field showed the characteristics of large number,small team,few articles and cooperative dispersion,and the main research institutions were scattered.Keyword analysis found that insomnia,palpitations,and depression were the diseases that received more attention in this field.Nine clusters of keywords were formed,and a total of six prominent keywords were found.Conclusion In the past ten years,the related research of Guipi Decoction has shown a stable trend as a whole,mainly focusing on cardiovascular system diseases,nervous system diseases and blood system diseases.Clinical efficacy research,adverse reactions research,sleep quality and so on are the frontier hot spots and research trends in this field.
