孙郁芝从土湿木陷分期辨治痛风性肾病

摘要
总结孙郁芝教授治疗痛风性肾病经验.孙教授认为,肝脾失调致湿浊内生为起病之因,土湿木陷损及肾络为传变之机,并贯穿始终;肝风扰肾为致病之本,湿热炼液为石,与瘀血相互搏结于肾络,乃加重之因.孙教授结合自身数十年临证体悟,创立三焦決渎调肾汤,屡屡验之临床.本文旨在介绍孙教授治疗痛风性肾病的经验,并附医案佐证.
Abstract
Prof.Sun Yuzhi's experience in treating gouty nephropathy was summarized.According to Prof.Sun,the internal generation of dampness and turbidity caused by liver and spleen imbalance is the cause of the disease,while earth dampness,wood trapping damaging kidney meridians is the mechanism of transmission and transformation,which run through the entire process;liver and wind disturbing the kidneys is the root of the disease,and dampness and heat refining the fluid into stones,which are aggravating causes for the disease.Combining his decades of clinical experience,Prof.Sun creates Sanjiao Juedu Tiaoshen Decision,which has been used in clinical practice frequently.This article aimed to introduce Prof.Sun's experience in treating gouty nephropathy,with medical cases as evidence.
