摘要
"阳化气,阴成形"理论认为,肺结节基本病机为阳化气不足致气化失司、气机失调,阴成形太过致水液失调、痰瘀互结;治疗原则为温阳抑阴、固本培元."阳化气,阴成形"理论对中医论治肺结节具有良好的指导意义.
Abstract
The theory of"yang transforming qi and yin constituting the body"believes that the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules is deficient yang transformation qi leading to loss of qi and imbalance of qi,excessive yin formation leading to imbalance of water and liquid,and the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.The treatment should be based on the principle of warming yang and suppressing yin,consolidating the root and cultivating the vital elements,and the theory of"yang transforming qi and yin constituting the body"has a good guiding significance for the treatment of pulmonary nodules in TCM.
