摘要
武维屏教授根据多年临床经验,结合西医临床指南,以辨证论治为基础,从风探讨肺部结节病因病机及治疗方法,认为肺部结节主要与外感风邪,情志失调、内风妄动,饮食劳倦、络风内动及久病体虚、痰瘀生风有关,应治以祛风散邪、理气散结,调节气机、扶助正气,理气化痰、活血通络,临证注重配伍风药、引药入经,搜风解毒、攻坚破积,常获佳效.
Abstract
Based on years of clinical experience,combined with the clinical guidelines of Western medicine,Professor Wu Weiping explores the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of pulmonary nodules from the perspective of wind based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.He believes that pulmonary nodules are mainly related to exogenous wind pathogen,emotional disorders,internal wind hyperactivity,diet fatigue,collateral wind internal movement,long-term disease leading to body deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,etc.The treatment should be given to dispel wind and dispel pathogens,regulate qi and disperse lumps,regulate qi movement,support healthy qi,regulate qi and resolve phlegm,activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals,compatibility with wind medicine,introducing medicine into meridians,expelling wind and detoxifying,and breaking hard lumps,and often achieves good results.
