黄春林应用扶正通腑法治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症经验

摘要
黄春林教授认为,慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症关键病机为脾肾两虚、湿热瘀阻,当以扶正益气、通腑泄浊为基本治法,方用仙芪地黄汤加减,配合大黄等通腑之品,其在中医辨证论治基础上灵活结合现代药理研究成果,从调节免疫、控制蛋白尿、血尿酸入手控制疾病进展,保护肾脏功能.黄教授治疗本病以"中西结合、西为中用"为特色,常取得较好的临床疗效.
Abstract
According to Professor Huang Chunlin,pivotal pathological factors in chronic kidney disease with hyperuricemia involve spleen and kidney deficiency,along with damp-heat stasis.The basic treatment should be strengthening healthy qi and tonifying qi,dredging fu-organs and removing turbidity.Xianqi Dihuang Decoction with modified Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and other products for dredging fu-organs are used.On the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,modern pharmacological research results are flexibly combined to control disease progression and protect renal function by regulating immunity,controlling proteinuria and blood uric acid.Professor Huang's treatment of this disease is characterized by"integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Western medicine for Chinese use",and has achieved good clinical efficacy.
