摘要
本文总结了周惠芳教授对经前漏红的经验.周师认为,本病病机为脾肾阳虚、心肝郁火、肾虚血瘀,治疗时强调温肾健脾、疏肝宁心,结合"调周法"序贯其中,且注重心理疏通、生活指导,临证效果显著,值得借鉴推广.附医案1则.
Abstract
This article summarized the experience of Professor Zhou Huifang in premenstrual bleeding.Professor Zhou believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is spleen and kidney yang deficiency,heart and liver fire,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,so the treatment emphasizes warming the kidney and spleen,soothing the liver and calming the heart,combined with the method of"regulating the menstrual cycle"sequential among them,and pays attention to psychological dredging and life guidance,with significant clinical efficacy,worthy of reference and promotion.One medical case was attached as evidence.
