摘要
强直性脊柱炎以炎性腰背痛为主要症状,可不同程度地影响患者的工作及生活质量.吕新亮认为,肾气不足感受风寒湿邪而发强直性脊柱炎,邪气在表时当以散邪;邪气入里,肝、肾受损,经络不通则痛,治以强筋壮骨,佐以活血通络止痛.表里辨证治疗强直性脊柱炎,使筋舒骨强,寒瘀化散,疼痛尽消.本文总结吕新亮教授治疗强直性脊柱炎经验,附医案1则.
Abstract
Ankylosing spondylitis is mainly characterized by inflammatory low back pain,which can affect the quality of work and life of patients to varying degrees.Lyu Xinliang believes that deficient kidney qi can lead to ankylosing spondylitis due to the sensation of wind,cold,and dampness.When the pathogenic factors are present on the external,it should be dispersed;pathogenic factors enter the body,causing damage to the liver and kidneys.If the meridians are blocked,they can be unblocked.Treatment involves strengthening tendons and bones,as well as promoting blood circulation and unblocking the meridians to relieve pain.Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis based on differentiation of external and internal symptoms can help to relax the muscles and bones,dissipate cold and blood stasis,and completely relieve pain.This article summarized the experience of Lyu Xinliang in treating ankylosing spondylitis,and one medical case was attached.
